HIGH SCHOOL Crew Summer Season - Boys

The Crew Summer Season offers a competitive and engaging opportunity for players to develop their skills and enjoy high-level play throughout the summer. This package includes participation in two exciting tournaments: Bulldog Bash, Rhode Island, and the Ted Hellier LaxFest in Portland, Maine. In addition to tournament play, athletes will attend five structured practices designed to build teamwork, improve fundamentals, and enhance game performance.

For $449, this package provides a well-rounded summer experience that combines skill development with competitive gameplay in a fun and supportive environment.

Crew Defensive Academy

We’ll train stance and body positioning, footwork, dictating the offense, stick positioning and checks, angles and spacing, communication, slide and recovery, off-ball awareness, defending picks, ground-ball discipline & IQ, and full-team defense.

Crew Girls Offensive Skills Academy

This program is designed to help players sharpen skills, improve game IQ, and prepare for the upcoming season through focused, game-realistic training.

Grade Levels: 7th–12th Grade Girls

Dates: January 17, 24, 31 & February 7

Location: 2:00 - 3:30 PM @ Bristol Sports Armory

Each session emphasizes both fundamental and advanced offensive skills, including:

Shooting mechanics & shot variety

Dodging techniques & footwork

Offensive concepts, spacing & decision-making

Players will receive structured instruction, live reps, and situational drills designed to translate directly to game performance.

Lacrosse Development & Take-Home Training

Participants receive resources to support continued development outside of sessions:

Take-home instructional materials

Specific Women’s lacrosse video resources

Off-season shooting development program

Emphasis on confidence, decision-making, and game IQ
